Minimum of 1/3rd DEPOSIT immediately to
confirm a FULL BOAT booking – or 50% for smaller groups. The
balance is then payable to the Skipper in CASH, upon boarding the vessel prior
to departure.
PLEASE NOTE when a full boat
booking is made, the full charter rate must be paid
regardless of the number of passengers turning up on the day.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation up
to 2 weeks prior to charter date = FULL
REFUND
Cancellation 1 to 2 weeks prior to charter
date = 50% Deposit refund
Cancellation 7
days (i.e. Saturday to Sunday)or less, prior to
charter date = NIL Refund
Cancellation by us, due to
weather or unforeseen circumstances, a mutually suitable date
will be rescheduled.
Weather – For your
safety and comfort, the charter depends upon prevailing weather conditions. It
will therefore be necessary for you to contact us on (07) 3880
3312 – immediately after the weather report following the six o'clock
news, on the evening prior to charter, to confirm weather and departure
arrangements. Cancellation due to weather – will be rescheduled.
Don't forget to bring your sunnies,
sun screen, hat, jacket (in colder months) and sense of
humour.
